Join us for a special Virtual Cacao Men's Circle exploring purpose, presence, and what it means to live consciously as a man today.
Featuring special guest Wolfgang Steiner, breathwork practitioner, men's work facilitator, and founder of Natural Conscious Breathing, this gathering opens with a grounding breathwork experience designed to bring us into deep presence. From there, Wolfgang will pose one deceptively simple question: "Why are you here?" Not just here in this circle, but here in your life.
Wolfgang has been working with conscious breathing since 2002, facilitating individuals and groups both online and in-person for over two decades. His work has evolved beyond technique into creating safe, inclusive spaces rooted in presence rather than instruction.
This is a space for men to breathe, reflect, share openly, and reconnect through authenticity, curiosity, and really being human.

Guided Breathwork: Drop into deep presence with Wolfgang Steiner's grounding breathwork practice.
A Little Learning: Aside from our unique stories, we dip our toes into astrology and the Mayan Cosmology. For those unfamiliar with cacao, we explain this popular plant medicine's health and spiritual benefits.
Heartfelt Sharing: Engage in open, supportive dialogue where every voice is cherished, sparked this month by Wolfgang's question on purpose and meaning.
Supportive Brotherhood: Foster meaningful connections with like-minded men dedicated to mutual growth and conscious living.
Musical Fun: We invite our community members, and sometimes special guests, to perform music at the end of each gathering.
