By using this website, booking a service, registering for an event, or purchasing a course or other offering associated with Nick Lasky, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational, educational, spiritual, and promotional purposes.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access restricted areas, copy protected materials without permission, or use the site in a way that violates these Terms.

Services + Offerings

Nick Lasky LLC may offer:

  • Private Tarot, astrology, psychic, and blended readings

  • Private events

  • Self-paced courses and digital educational materials

  • Live workshops, ceremonies, and community events

  • Speaking, media, and event appearances

Availability, pricing, scheduling, and specific terms may vary by offering.

Private Readings

Private readings are booked through TidyCal or another booking platform designated by Nick Lasky LLC.

For astrology consultations, clients may be asked to provide information including their birth date, birth time, and birthplace.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a private reading. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a $75 administrative fee.

Additional booking terms shown at checkout or during scheduling also apply.

Private Events

Private event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the event date.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Travel costs or other event-specific expenses may apply and will be communicated before booking.

Courses + Digital Products

Courses and digital products may be purchased through Stan Store.

Due to the digital nature of these offerings, all course and digital product sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Course access is currently provided on a lifetime-access basis, unless a specific course page states otherwise.

"Lifetime access" refers to access for as long as the course or applicable hosting platform remains reasonably available. Nick Lasky LLC reserves the right to update, migrate, modify, or discontinue a course or hosting platform when necessary.

Live Workshops + Events

Registration for live workshops, ceremonies, and events is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the specific event page.

Some events are hosted or ticketed through third parties, including The Aquarian or Stan Store. Additional policies established by those platforms or venues may also apply.

If an event is canceled or materially changed by the organizer, any available refund, credit, or rescheduling options will be communicated directly to registered participants.

Minors

This website is not restricted to adults only.

Minors may attend certain events or offerings when appropriate and when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Specific events may have additional age requirements, which will be communicated before registration.

Spiritual + Educational Disclaimer

Tarot, astrology, psychic readings, meditation, ceremonies, spiritual teachings, and related services offered by Nick Lasky LLC are intended for educational, informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes.

They are not a substitute for professional:

Participation in any reading, ceremony, workshop, meditation, or spiritual practice is voluntary.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials created by Nick Lasky LLC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Course videos

  • Class recordings

  • Written lessons

  • Handouts

  • Tarot reference materials

  • Graphics

  • Worksheets

  • Workshop materials

  • Website copy

  • Audio or video content

Purchased or downloaded materials are provided for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, publish, upload, record, teach from, or commercially use these materials without prior written permission from Nick Lasky LLC.

Third-Party Platforms

This website may link to third-party platforms used for bookings, payments, course access, event registration, email marketing, or other services.
